Beautiful diorama! I like the weathering on the plane surface. Small wonder you achieved this with the help of the nice beetle!
10. October 2018 at 16:43:08
I know I should compliment the model, but I think the grass is stealing the show where, looks stunning.
Going to steal that idea!
11. October 2018 at 16:40:24
Total realistic show, i like the fine details like the samurai swords.
11. October 2018 at 17:08:55
Great paint job on that Helen! Wonder how you do it, are these supplemental vitamins (photo 21) your secret?

Added a pic of the red box IJA figures painted!
Though they were soft and difficult to sand and paint it is a pity that they aren't available anymore.
The poses were unique and useful for dioramas.

Hi SPanjaard, yes and especially japanese Airforce figures in this scale or any scale in mediocre quality are hard to find. The CMK Resin offers are not really of good shape and proportions.
9. December 2018 at 22:04:39
Oh oh I had not seen that one. How many others do you have up your sleeve ?
9. December 2018 at 22:42:20
I really like how you build a story. It is the sum of all its parts. Very good... but all your work is VERY good.
10. December 2018 at 02:59:54
@Olly thats it, just WIP left
Hope you like it!

Eyecatcher Daniel! Fantastic build of every single component, coming together very smooth! What did you used for the ground stuff on the base? Did you colored the grass (with airbrush)?
27. August at 09:09:03
What´s the velocity of an unladen swallow?
Absolute fantastic build! And i second the question from corporado!
27. August at 09:38:58
What do you mean, an African or European Swallow?
27. August at 09:52:20
Sehr Schon Daniel, another superb Japanese WW2 model
27. August at 18:19:11
Wonderful build with a great display as well. Very nice!
27. August at 18:31:19
Great dio, very nicely done Japanese colors without any "overstatements" in chipping or weathering
The base/dio just round things up perfectly - as the BW pic proves!
+ @photo 15 - the integration with Nature is really perfect here
27. August at 20:06:32
Hallo Daniel, well done, i like the BW pic. Cheers Stefan
27. August at 20:41:51
Fantastic job one more time, Daniel. Congrats!
27. August at 20:58:45

Photo 39 is a little out of focus though.
