Excellent work and Dio.
In my opinion just the lifting structure & bucket of the truck should have a lit bit more weathering? 🤔

Thanks everyone!! Always appreciate the kind words from this community.
@Rui, I've been wondering the same lately - my first thought was that the boom spends most of its time transit, tucked away on top of the truck, so less mud and dust would accumulate there. Fortunately, it's easy enough to touch things up with some pigments or drybrushing here and there.
Very happy I was able to get this together in time for the big truck show up north next weekend, we'll see how it does in the show!

Very impressive! If you have the inclination, the bucket operator should be wearing a safety harness.

Brandon, I was thinking more about scratches than dirt.
It's a moving part with dificult soft handling so, I thougt it would sustain some bangs from tools, and some oil stain in joints. Just wondering 🤔
Anyway great Dio, Mate Congratulations 👍

@Bill, @ Bozzer, let me know if photos 13 and 14 are satisfactory lol
@Rui, those photos will also show you a little closer view of the weathering I've already done on the boom and bucket.

That looks just amazing, I was going to say good luck in the show, but it is more like I am sorry for the rest of the entries..... 😉

I have never been to a model show but there's no way this isn't going to get some kind of prize.

Thanks everyone!
Just got back last night (had a few more destinations on my road trip after the show)... I'd say the contest went well!

Huge feels like an understatement. 30x30 sounds manageable, until you remember that most doors are 30" inches wide!
And Tim would know, he helped me move it several times!
