Thank you for the kind words Christian, James, and Michael! I am pretty happy with how this one turned out. My only regret is that I did not lighten the light green a bit more.

Thanks Erik and Maciej! After putting all the parts away I realized I forgot to put the mirrors on the canopy. Gonna be difficult to do now... Sigh...

Didn't notice they were missing. Leave as it is, when you try to fiddle with it you might do damage.

Yeah, I think I am gonna agree with you there. Doesn't bother me that terribly much...

I used Gunze Aqueous paints:

H313 Sand
H312 Light Green (need to add white)
H310 Sierra Tan (might be slightly light)
H308 Light Ghost Gray

I definitely should have lightened the light green more. I put a little white in, but I probably should have done a 60/40 green/white ratio.

Thanks Kees, Spanjaard, Dale, Ali, and Marko! I am truly humbled by your kind words and compliments!

Dale, the AMK Kfir kit is really quite nice. Everything fit very well, except where the nose assembly attaches to the forward fuselage. I had a bit of a step on both sides to deal with. I built the new Tamiya Tomcat right before this, and that is the best fitting and engineered kit I have ever seen. This one is not on that level, of course, but the fit and engineering on this kit is definitely the 2nd best of the 17 kits I have built so far. The OOB decals are quite nice as well, I had no issues with them.

This was AMKs first kit, and they really nailed this one. I can't wait to build their Foxhound!

All in all, I definitely recommend this kit.
