Thank you all! 🙂 I was wondering whether there is any way how I can search galleries by topic - e.g. all galleries of 1/72 allied WW II aicraft. is there such a feature?

Spanjaard
well, you can certainly make a search for one specific kit, and then see the projects that have used the kit, and the albums associated to it.
for albums that do not have a kit associated to them, is it is a bit more complicated 😉 i would suggest for example that you create projects, add the relevant kits to them and associate the albums to the project 🙂
if you need any help with that, do not hesitate to ask

I am unaware of an option that would allow you to search Scalemates' Galleries for a broad category such as "WWII 1/72 allied aircraft". You can search for a specific topic (see Topics tab - you may need to click ... in the menu bar to see it), but not for a broad category.

One thing to keep in mind is that Albums on Scalemates are NOT searchable. Spanjaard made a good point about recommending for you to create projects in your profile and then linking the albums you have already created to those projects: that way users will be able to find your photo albums when they search for a topic.

Welcome Peter, and I must say you are one extremely gifted modeler. Your birds without their skins on them are true masterpieces and would not look out of place in an aviation museum. 👍👍👍 I would highly recommend everybody to take the time to check out his amazing builds.
