The interior is now all done and sealed in. Sorry for the possibly awful photo (it looks fine on my camera and phone but awful on pc)

The Tiger and inspiration Panther
Always do your research beforehand if you want to be accurate...
While looking at pictures of King Tigers for another model I realized that the little roof over the gunner's sight was only a feature on very late King Tigers. Wanting my favourite model to be accurate I decided to attempt to remove this inaccuracy from it, seeing how it depicts a Zimmerited Tiger II.
It definitely was quite nerve wracking cutting it off while trying not to damage the surrounding Zimmerit and paint.
But in the end I managed to remove it, fill up the missing Zimmerit and match the paintjob up as closely as I could!

TreehuggerI really had no idea that a cut away model would look this nice. I like it alot.
