IPMS show today, for me. Time to stock up on the important stuff. You can guarantee that I'll come back with a bag full of things, that I don't really need, but it's what we do 😉

It was last day of sale here today so I got a bit of glue in some model sets

I always get a bottle of Tamiya Extra thin, when I see any. It's a must have, essential! But I can only get certain paints and thinners, at the shows. I try my best to support the vendors, and it's always good to have a little chat about what's coming out, in the future. This is the first show in 3 years, so I expect it to be busy. Needless to say, I'm up early and very excited! It's only 40 minutes away from my house, but I'm making a list, so I don't forget anything, lol.

And still haven't found out how to like the build to the group build pages
I decided to do this to motivate myself and I have a date it has to be done by
But yes all here are doing some butiful builds in record time
I see it as a new challenge for myself and a fun Time
Working on something in a group
Interesting what all are doing
I think we got some very good builders on this build
I will be happy just to cross the line lol

Well lads, I actually listened to JV. The temptation was hard, and you bloody lot had me looking at cars, especially Mustangs, but I resisted the urge. Even an old italeri peterbilt 378 at a bargain price, and Kyle, a still sealed, Lady Butterfly Superliner, for £38, Brand new! I stuck to my guns and bought paint and two bottles of Mr Leveller. However, the Leeds show is coming up in February, and I'm definitely making no promises 😉

It was a busy day. Painted the Group C Toyota white (again), put some Calsonic blue on the race GT-R and matt black and semi-gloss black on the regular GT-R

I bought that airbrush with the 0.5mm nozzle for car bodies. I couldn't get my 0.4mm to work without very visible lines.
