Wow! How were you able to keep the shadow colors in the panel lines so crisp? Oils and then a wipe of the surface before they were dry? Really fine stuff.

Thank you Michael.
For lines of panels I started with a pre-shading. After the basic colors I lightened the panels. Directly on this matt paint I applied raw umber oil which I melted with white spirit. After the decals and the clear varnishes I breaded a dark brown wash which was removed with cotton swabs.
