Thanks! The build was challenging, but I really like the outcome. Thank you Eduard for this great addition to the 1:48 line of biplanes 👍

Heh... well, don't get crazy now. I also made a comment in Bill's Buccaneer thread suggesting that Tim ban you, Bill, Mike Grant, Christian and others from posting album updates on the same day. My confidence can only take so much...😉

Masterpiece..!

I hope those WW1 kits are better than they used to be. I've seen some old Airfix kits in 1:72 scale and they weren't that fun to build, being so old and all.

Thx mates! I like the outcome too 🙂
Treehugger, I don't know the old kits (only the first ones from Eduard from the 199x, but even that ones I like, see my Sopwith Pup), but this is a very very modern kit with perfekt fits. Eduard showed with this model the possibilities after 25 years of development of the company.

Wow! Looking great! 👍 And that is a small plane at 1:48 scale. As Erik said before, a masterpiece!

Thank you Björn! Compared to my other builds this is nearly oob, but the kits contain the details. So it do not help against AMS 🙂

So is it a very good template by Eduard and a Fantastic implementation by bughunter😉

I'm pretty sure you could take pictures of bughunter's builds with an electron microscope and they'd still look amazing.

I like to say Thank you very much! Greg, you can be sure, I don't need such microscope to see the problems on my builds! The builder knows for sure, and every model has its little problem 🙂

True enough... but one man's "little problems" are another's "awe and wonder". Thanks for sharing your little problems with us. They let the rest of us aspire to make such mistakes.

Beside the Gold medal for my new Bristol Fighter Crocodile this little bird reached the Bronze medal on the contest of 5. Fürstenfelder Modellbautage 2019 (9. and 10. March, Fürstenfeldbruck DE) I'm very happy about the appreciation of my work 🙂

Dear lord, was the silver medal entriy from the judge's wife? Unbelievable that you didn't sweep the awards.
