Excellent work and finish!! THX for sharing this so seldom type. About 20 years ago I completed the Glenco kit (very ugly) and I never thought I would ever see a second model of this flying boat.

Thank you, Bernhard. I had the same thing happen. Started that 1/144 Glencoe Clipper maybe 16-17 years ago and was really dissatisfied with it. When I started modeling again a few years ago, I looked around for a larger-scale version. Fortunately, Anigrand makes some very cool and rare subjects.

I agree: Anigrand hase a lot of interesting objects, a Mixmaster in 72 for example. But I heard that the quality varies a lot with Anigrand products. How was the quality of the Martin? How do you get along with resin kits in general? I personally build only 3 resin kits within 20 years and I realised that it is not my material...🙁

Overall, I found the quality to be very good. Almost no cutting or trimming away of casting blocks. Fit generally ranged from very good to excellent. A couple of their molding decisions left me bewildered, but I managed them to the best of my abilities. The resin itself really doesn't bother me as I am comfortable working with it. I also ordered a Boeing 314 from them and it will be interesting to see if there is a difference in quality.
