Did you work on the flame cuts on the armour plating as well?

Yes I did. But I'm not sure if that was originally on vehicle (I think yes). Only couple photos are available and couple fuzzy frames from film

Might want to use a ruler with tape under it and lay the tracks out that way to get the links straight before you glue. Looking very nice!

Hi, Mark K - thank you

Hi Hekimpd - agree, "taped" ruler should work. Need to find couple 50 cm (19') rulers 🙂. Hope less length will also work 'cause clue will do his work, melt links and stop that curving tendency.

I had some Voyager aftermarket plastic track links end up curving on me as well. I wonder why that happens?

Michael, I'm pretty sure this is imperfectness in casting technology. Guess: temperature, pressure, plastic viscosity, cool mode, seams and voila we have got curving track. Note: the curve/band direction is not changed from link to link - so this is cumulative effect 😎

Right. You couldn't mix and match to even them out; it would just curve in one direction. I'm going to use them in a diorama as a thrown track; I'll keep the kit Magic Tracks in the spares bin.
