This is my interpretation of the Italeri (1/48) Fiat CR42.
This kit is quite basic in fact. The Eduard Add-on for the cockpit is a minimum. The setting of the mast is more tricky than what you would find on a modern kit (cf Gaspatch HS123, for example), and I' should have spend more time working on the adjustment. The "white" stencils are not thick enough, thus you can see the underneath camouflage by transparency... of course I' discovered that after having apply this stencils.... Conclusion is that a white bases is required, before putting the roundel and the rudder white cross. I've used MRP italian references for the camouflage. I' like this paints (albeit the conditioning is a disaster) however, the Giallo Mimetico is definitely to light according to me (and the bibliography). Anyway, thanks for looking. Didier
