Jens ohhh yes Alexander, the fun is coming , the engine nacelles don't want to fit at the transition in front, I did a lot with pressure and clamps, but new engravings have to be done, that's real work
Alexander Perov Hello, thank you, colleagues.

Treehugger I am building this too, so some extra care is going into cleaning up parts and such. I am not intending to research the ideal range of authenticity, just whatever I think might be correct. I did buy some resin rocket pods, nose cannon and wheels iirc.
Else, Zvezda is apparently releasing their 1:48 version soon. Heh, I should really finish mine before the Zvezda one comes out.
Slavo Hazucha Very nicely executed job Alexander, I think that considered the losses and average time in action these planes had, the relatively mild weathering is absolutely plausible. If you mind, I would be courious how the yellowish/green stain around the bottom/tail represents? Something specific, or artistic freedom? Looking really great all over

Alexander Perov Looking at the historical photos I still got very little dirty in the area of the rear support.

Alexander Perov considering the rotation of the rear wheel while steering on the ground and grass I think such colors were possible

Slavo Hazucha I guessed so, probably a harder touchdown or "airfield quality" could lead to the rear touching ground... good job!
Slavo Hazucha Another great model Alexander... The wing weathering and color transition to used pale look is really excellent & for me the highlight of the whole thing. You really have a long list of weathering & damage techniques checked The propeller effect is also an interesting feature, works really well in some perspectives.

Jens Hello Alexander, what a madness in the colors, just brilliant, the aging fits perfectly with the well-known pictures, almost a 1: 1 copy of the model Congratulations, just dreamlike
