Es-haq Khosravi Another perfect model!!! And very interesting technique in painting the strips! I always thought they paint green stripes on white camo, but it is opposite!

Mike Tipping I do like this como pattern, very nice
23. October 2013 at 09:28:38
Fabian D. November Jens, hast du die streifen maskiert, oder freihand drumrum lackiert?
@Es-haq: most of the winter camos were just a white wash, so that they could easily removed in spring ...and we modelers can do some worn out and heavily weathered vehicles ;)
23. October 2013 at 09:49:02
Fabian D. November??? Stuipid spell checker ...wanted to say "nice one" :)
23. October 2013 at 09:50:55
Jens thank mates :)
@ Fabian , die Lackierung ist freihand gemacht , ohne jede Schablone , erst die Grundtarnug , dann jedes weisse Feld einzeln Foto 1- 3 zeigen etwa die Arbeitsweise
23. October 2013 at 10:17:46
Jens the painting is done freehand, without any template, only the camouflage, RLM 70 / 71 then each field individually white Photo 1 - 3 show about the operation of
23. October 2013 at 10:45:21
Jens @
It Haq Khosravi
characterizations in winter I always do only the basic RLM / FS or Russian colors, so you can operate the aging better
was often the only white lime paste, with no fixed stop, after a flight, the base color was recognizable,
the lime was not opaque, so that was to detect 90% of short distance, the base always, or

Michel Huijghe I love the camo.
2. November 2013 at 14:25:43
Es-haq Khosravi Excellent Job! How did you change the camo around the swastika on the right side of the tail?
2. November 2013 at 14:53:20
Jens Thanks guys I'm glad when the paint like :)
@ Es-haq Khosravi, the swastika I have re-done, everything again, then refinished RLM 71 a square in cross size, and all white exterior surfaces, then the template positioned from the cross, and painted in the green area
2. November 2013 at 15:43:36
Es-haq Khosravi Well done! Is the cross painted with pe mask?
2. November 2013 at 18:17:05
Jens No masked with Tamiya tape
hook crosses are banned in Germany
as you get no masks, no tape or PE
Decals are not commercially
the import is also under penalty .... Germany ;)
2. November 2013 at 18:34:03
Es-haq Khosravi It means self made masks?! Very nice Result!
2. November 2013 at 19:19:06
Es-haq Khosravi What kind of penalty?! They break your models if you do so?! ;)
2. November 2013 at 19:23:34
Jens @ Es-haq Khosravi some the model falls to the ground, I suppose not always to small parts
sometimes you might have something different in colors, especially such color scheme as the Air Force, then you do again and again

and sometimes the model will fall forever into the round filing ;)

if there is no limit model, or exotics such as Accurate Miniature, then you purchased it new, and the experience can be sure it will be better ;)
