Boeing B-17-F Flying Fortress Memphis Belle

A lot of plastic in the box. I will do an OOB build and see how it turns out! 

Interior primed with Vallejo (this primer always sputters)

It's rather massive...

Some filler and sanding around the cockpit 

Horizontal stabilizers glued on

And it's primed. Started with Vallejo but it clogged my airbrush several times and I've given up on it. I used UMP/Stynilrez primer and it was a lot easier to spray. It's so big I am going to have to paint it before fitting the wings 

Pre-shading with Tamiya black only on the underside. I don't think it'll be noticeable on the top after painting

Wings are glued (and now it almost doesn't fit on my small work area!)

Propellers, machine guns, antennae... and it is finished!
