Do you have these photos available somewhere else on the web?
I'm really stuck on the fence right now whether to buy the Trumpeter King Tiger 00910 or not and I'm looking for inspiration (read; excuse) to make the choice?!

Is it a great kit? Any major issues? I've heard about the ammo storage box that doesn't fit and not enough primers/caps PE for all the ammo included in the kit, but I haven't heard much else...

Cheers and thanks in advance!

hello, they're not on the web elsewhere except my instagram pages but that's full of family stuff too! but if you have an email address i can send some to you if you like?. as regards the kit. i thought it was brilliant.. couple of tiny irritations but that was more to do with me than it. i'd advise getting a copy of 'building trumpeters king tiger' which can help if you're super fussy about the tiniest details. as regards ammo caps, i'm not aware of any issues. then again my model looks like is in the middle of a battle so i've not completely filled the amo racks. and i didn't have an issue with fit. have you done trumpeted panzer 4? that's a great one too, actually better in some regards.

Oh no! The photos are gone! I found your work so inspirational! The face of the German soldier was so impressive. The tank detail and weathering is just unbelievable! Can you post them again?

Only the last 10 remain. Maybe you can ask tim to restore them. I remember reading a bit some pics lost during to some hardware issue

This is why reliable image hosting is so important. I hope Stuart can re-upload the photos one day to a reliable place so they're safe for the future.
Not only are they important for those looking to choose a kit, they're also valuable for inspiration and let's not forget that we scale modellers also enjoy watching scale models! Being able to watch a scale model - or even better, a diorama/vignette, begin build from scratch is very enjoyable and I'm sure I'm not alone thinking this...

I've just uploaded some again. For some reason you it have to scroll towards the end before you see any pics. Stalemates need to sort out what's happened here. Pissed me off.

Thank you Stuart for uploading some of the photos again! It's a great build and it deserves to stay up there!
Sadly scalemates isn't the best media sharing platform, but I hope it will be addressed at some stage.

considering that Tim is not selling our data like facebook does, and that he basically does it for the fun of it... we can not complain. more the opposite😉

It seems these images where not restored/moved to the new server after the crash (December 2018). I still have them on the backup; so I can restore them

So, do you want me to restore?
Or do you want me to remove the image 1-37 (the old ones uploaded December 2018)

Please next time when you see something strange ping me, it is now by accident I saw this thread. (and a fix takes in this case takes 10mins of my time.)
