Nice detailwork so far, following.
Welcome Alexander. Small steps forward. A lot of ejector pin marks at the weapons and the bay doors need clean up but could be done. Not far to start painting.
In! 👍, looking forward to watch this
The weapons bay is pretty impressive. Top work!
Agreed, looks nice!

Lovely 👍 Still thinking of getting these decals too
Thank you Lukasz. I can recommend these decals. All you need is time, patience and decal softer. There are a lot of references for this jet easy to find.
Stunning stuff. I've got the Polish Raven for F16 and if it come out anything nearly like this I'd be over the moon.

Great Job so far 👍 Watching
Back on the bench and hope to finish the eagles soon:
GWH oob with DXM decals, Academy as D-Day Heritage and the GWH with Eduard PE Set as OIF.
Very nice job so far.
Fabulous detail work!
Thank you Cuajete and Mark!
It's time to start with the decals. This will take some hours or maybe days...
Sneak preview of the first finished Strike Eagle. More pictures next days
Very nice result. Congrats!
How did the decals perform? Did they fit well?
Thank you Cuajete. The DXM decals perform good but be careful. Don't use to strong decal soft fluids like "Mark Fit Strong" or the decals will brittle. I've got some minor problems with the fit of the colored stripes on the vertical stabilizers. At some points remove the clear carrier film to get a better fit (f.e. horizontal stabs).
Bigger mistake (by myself) was that i recognized to late, that the instructions aren't 100% correct compared with the real aircraft. So always check your references. For the air refuel marking, the formation lights and the external fuel tank stencils i used the original g.w.h. decals. Also i've added more "no step" stencils that aren't shown in the instructions but are on the decal sheet as "spare" beside a big light grey spare decal. Last but no least the missing "hook" and some lighter "no step" decals came from an Italeri sheet. So conclusion: the DXM decals aren't perfect but very, very good.
Thx, Falk 👍

Very nice, looks like Axalp (even though I still haven't managed to get there) 👍
Very nice Falk! Those Acadamy 1/72 Hornet kits are great in my opinion.
Your presentation is also very unique 👍!
Thank you Lukasz and Konrad. Yes, i get some inspirations from axalp events and will try to add some flares and subsonic clouds next.
Great job on that bug !
