Nice work...especially in this scale.

There is no better example of the end of the battleship era than the Yamato...huge guns...looks good in port...massive armament....

...and sunk with little ceremony by little aircraft when it was forced out in a virtual suicide mission late in the war, because sitting in the harbor looking good didn't get it done.

Looks rather nice imo. Nice contrast with the wooden deck. I will probably never get into 1:700 ships, but there are so many models and I am a little envious. 🙂 I better stick to 1:350. Even 1:700 ships have photo etch these days which seems really really nice.
