Steffen Arndtall individual markings are on .. now I only have to do all the stencils. Luckily the LifeLike set includes these and instructions. Still these are more than I expected. I also had to to some fixes on the checkers on this side (above the exhausts in the picture)

Steffen ArndtThank you guys! as for the paint: wings are Tamiya rattle can TS30 decanted and airbrushed, fuselage and tail is AK Aluminium with the two panels behind the exhausts dark Aluminium and the panels on the intercooler (low behind the wing) Dural. The metal effect will be a bit better when the black wash is on but final flat(top wing + anti glare) /semigloss (rest) coates will reduce the effect ... I am curious how this will come out

Steffen ArndtThanks Guys, my build has some mistakes, but all in all it is a nice addition to my shelf. BTW I had to replace the tail wheel leg (bent paperclip), that is why the stance is slightly off

Erik LeijdensLooks good Steffen! I saw the Big Beautiful Doll go down after a mid air collision at Duxford.. Not a great sight! Yours certainly IS a good sight 👍

Steffen ArndtThank you James!! I am glad it is finally finished. I have another one which will get the kits decals but the next Mustang will be the new Airfix kit 🙂

Meng preview kit came without decals so I was looking for a different source. The Lifelike set came handy and I decided for marking No.3 which is not yet a post war circus machine but already has the checkers on the nose. Some AM was used to update the look of the kit...
