Yes David. Certainly hope to add to the family. Got my eye on the 1/32 Lukgraph Nimrod and the Silver Wings Hart. Slightly different price bracket to the Airfix. All the inter-war Hawker's were very stylish. Dont know the 'Audax'. I will check that out.

Army co-op model. If you look closely the back end of the Hurricane carries on the linneage.

Wow, that foil is impressive. I like the chrome prop cone, though I can see some glitch there on pic #5. But that may be my sight as well😉
Lovely detailing and rigging anyway 👍

Yes David you can see a lot of the future Hurricane in the Demon. Well spotted Lukasz. The problem is that if you mask over the metal foil the foil gets pulled off when you remove the masking. So its hand painting only without masking. Thankyou Dave, Clifford and Neuling. Took a while but im pleased with it. Used old guitar strings for the main rigging. o.oo3 gauge. Just the right thickness and not too much sag.

Cool idea using old guitar strings for rigging, I have used them for oxygen hoses on a 1/32 F-4 build, will have to try them for rigging on a biplane.

Hi Clifford. Yes, they are really useful if a little fiddly.
