Impressive gloss finish, same like with all your shiny cars. I see that you are using many different clear coats. Any recommondations on a specific clear and polish product/technique? THX

Thank you. I use bottle lacquer clear by airbrushing. Recently, I mainly use Tamiya lacquer(LP-9). And thinning ratio is about 1(paint) : 2(thinner). Polish product is also Tamiya compound. I hope it helps.

@Stephan ... I use 2 komponent clear coat (lacquer, harder, thinner) from the car industry with my airbrush. After it is dry, it's able to be wet sanded and polished. But if you work cleanly it is not neccessary. Sometimes I sand the model kit wet again and get it a second layer of clear coat. Then it is really thin and only for a shiny result.

Great input guys. THX. I just bought some 2k urethane "diamond" gloss from zero. I believe it is similar to automotive 2k clear. ATM I use future/pledge floor finish, which works great for other topics but does not give me a satisfying result for cars.
