Funny. AeroScale's review of Eduard's previous Bf-109 noted the only low as being "Not the most colourful of markings".

Now Eduard up the ante with not one by three marginally less colourful schemes. Talk about thumbing your nose. 🙂

Well, might be a trend.. airfix's new Phantom release, 2 schemes are exact from Revells 1:48 release!

@Roland, yes you are correct. All Legion Condor, therefore all the same (lack of) colour scheme.

also looks like there is an accuracy issue with the size of the roundels on eduard's part, according to this in box review at least: Youtube Video skip ahead towards 12:30 mark

interesting indeed, eduard is usually careful when it comes to these stuff. if it was *ittyhawk etc. i'd say biz as usual but this i hope eduard would release a correction because despite being a rather dull on the colors still there was a gap when it came to legion condor history, at least oob.

Hm, maybe they outsourced this type of work to somebody else and then didn't check it or something.

That's not an insubstantial error, although I think that better comparison would be made against reference photos rather than decals from another set or the painting guide. Could easily be fixed with a mask I guess, but that's not really the point.

eduard's own b&w ref shows the real roundels are larger indeed; they extend over the slat and the aileron whereas the decals are smaller than the wing body itself.

Ah-ha! They put 1:48 kit decals in a 1:32 kit box! 😄

I got this kit and they have added an extra pair of correct size roundels.
