Can't help feeling slightly gypped about this one. "Slate Grey/Olive Green/Blue-Grey",indeed! Also only one choice of decals. Did get a Blue Steel but not the altered bomb bay to go with it.

Keith Goodman Operation Black Buck in the Falklands! Near the very end of their operational life RAF Vulcans flew halfway around the world and successfully cratered the runway at Port Stanley - denying Argentine Mirage III from staging there for the rest of the conflict. The Vulcans went out with a bang.

Greg Solomon As I recall, there were Handly Page Victor tankers involed as well, several stories on the internet about the efforts in pulling that OP off. I just build a Victor a few months ago. Unusual aircraft!

Keith Goodman Exactly Greg, check out the refueling chart on the wikipedia link above. Each mission required 10 Victors to refuel each Vulcan SEVEN times just to make it TO the target! Moral = don't trifle with the RAF.
