@Neuling. As far as I know the "Papagei Staffel" was formed in order to protect landing Me 262's (when these were most vulnerable, since their jet engines could not be quickly revved up, and landing could not be aborted...) from attacking Allied fighters. And the white strips on red background pattern was applied on undersides of Doras to help anti-aircraft gunnery to recognize quickly these planes.
