Very cool (even I don't watch "how i bult my model kit" or "unpacking"-videos anyway). I like the idea, to build a model kit after a Matchbox e.g. toy. I often tumbling over some, I lilke. Well done! I lilke the darker blue better than the color of the tiny Hotwheels

I agree with Christian, but the video was interesting particularly the products you use.
I love the treasure hunt logos on rear very cool!

I'm not that video guy. I love to scroll textes and looking at pictures. On my point of view, I like to see a longer time on pictures to catch the details, to take my time to explore the work / result. That is not that possible on videos. You can't zoom in either 😉
Another point is, that I really have to bring more time to get up to date. On pictures I can scroll down / click through and have a good overview withing seconds. I can decide really fast, whether I'm interessted in more or if it's a waste of time.

That means not, that I decline videos at all. My experiences with modelling videos are further on, that a lot of those guys "can't talk". It's not fluently e.g. I think, you know what I mean.
Other guys need felt hours to come to the point.

@Nigel ... On your suggestion, I might watch that clip

WH's video is just right 👍 simple informative captions and Timelapse sequence's and not too long. I totally get the video "guy talk" thing as my attention span is about 10 seconds before I switch off!
Having said that I'm now on Instagram and the short video's are a perfect opening ie watch the few seconds and investigate further if interested.
I have also found YouTube good for advanced build videos though some are better than others.
I would recommend Model Car Muse on YouTube excellent informative episodes with some top class US model builders be it shows, building techniques or interviews.
Right I'm off to hunt for my Camaro in the stash😁

Hi Christian and Nigel, and everyone else who liked,

Thank you very much for your comments and kind words. I am flattered that you commented on my album. I love your work and am trying to improve my work to even approach yours and so many other "pro" modelers on this site. Even for my YouTube videos they are a work in progress since I don't have the fancy cameras or time (or uber modeling skills) that others have 🙂. I totally agree about the benefits of taking in a model with photos rather than with video. It's like dining at a nice restaurant and slowly using all your senses to enjoy the meal vs. grabbing a quick bite at the drive-through 😂. Again thank you all for the incredibly kind comments. I love being part of this Scalemates modeling community. Enjoy your day. 😊
