Thank you!
Unfortunately i cracked the Upper hull while drilling the cable insert for the lights.
Put it on hold for now till my temper about brittle plastic wears off.

I know the feeling! In my case it's a lost positioning light that caused to put my Sd.Kfz. 7 on hold. It was a half-round clear part, difficult to hold with tweezers. Fling! And off it went, never to be seen again...

Yeah I the insane search and rescue on the floor.
Lost one of the towing hooks on this kit too.
Lucky it has almost all minor parts double included.
Actually pretty good kit, the plastic is just not suited for further reworking.
Started a KV-1 for now.

What a coincidence: I'm also building a KV-1, the 1942 model with the simplified welded turret from Trumpeter. I tried to imitate cast steel on the gun mantlet and trunnion, although I have to say you did a much better job on your T-34 turret!

Thank you very much, I guess beginners luck.
For the T-34/76 I used Cement in combination with Mr. 500 which worked really well.
The casting was partially already on the kit (turret & MG mantlet) but it was extremely coarse and completely out of scale. I sanded it down and redid it with mentioned method above. Rolled steel was done with the same method only sanded much finer and almost to a flat finish.
Nice I started with KV-1E.
Will upload some pictures.
Did textures there as well, this time a bit different as I followed a recommendation using Cement & Tamiya basic putty.

The surface texturing you applied came out very good. It is a technique which I wish to emulate in future.

Very impressed not only with the finished results, but also your attention to the smallest details! Respect 🙂

@Villiers, Night Shift on YouTube has a great tutorial about doing the surfacing texture. It adds so much and it seems pretty simple.
