I used my spray booth as a light box along with some led spot lights I purchased. The last 3 photos were taken with a macro lens, the color darkened a bit.

Yes - one of the reasons I never had interest in building US Navy planes, was that they were basically blue. I found the tri color more interesting.

Album info

First completed model in about 15 years. First 1/72 scale ever. Purchased from Hobby Lobby for $9. A joy to build, I bought a second.
