For those who have been following my builds so far, this build might seem unexpected and far along. It's actually a project I started early last year... but let me explain:

Last Christmas I decided I wanted to build something that wasn't electronics or robotics and thought about doing something with balsa wood and then remembered the old school "stick and tissue" planes of my youth.

Long story short: Bought some rubber band powered balsa wood plane kits and that got me into building and flying electric powered RC planes over the summer and then that got me into building plastic scale models in Autumn/Fall and becoming a Scalemates groupie...

In the meantime I forgot about the balsa wood kits I had been in the middle of making so I've decided to get them finished... or at least get started on getting them finished...

Oh yeah, I also got serious about learning to play the piano again. I think maybe I have a hobby problem... and no, I'm not ADHD.
