Good luck Angel. Following...
Another build from Angel, will be awesome for sure. I will take a seat. 🙂
Watching with interest....
Thanks Bogi, Ingo and Bruce!
Will try to give my best...
Taking a seat as well. Very interesting 👍
Welcome Alec K!
I've added all braking and fuel lines, plus the throttle connections to the carburetor and will post some pictures tomorrow.

Looks simple when you are building it. If I may say - too simple - after some stunning builds I have seen from you. Any pooling vehicle?
Not too simple- a lot of curved edges(hard to get even), 6 small size wheels and a oversize cable reel with a lot of openings. Plus a curved roof with ventilation slots, stamped covers and an instrument panel full of dials and knobs.
I thought it will be a simple build...
No idea for pulling vehicle at this time- my research so far was fruitless.
I can always dismount the generator from the Sd.Anh.51 and put it in the back of the le.Scheinwerferwagen II(Kfz.83), that will tow the 60 cm.Flakscheinwerfer 36 I built recently.
As I said - looks simple. Which never is, once you dive in to it... I understand problem with those curved edges, it is really hard to make it right. I don't even dare to go your way Angel... Good luck.
Again an interesting build off the beaten track. 👍 Will you combine it with the searchlight on a common base?
I'm more inclined to build 2 towing vehicles, than to make a diobase. Yet that's today... No one knows what tomorrow will bring. 😉

Thanks Alex, and welcome😉
The kit is a real gem and superdetailing it is a lot of fun!
Your builds are always a joy to follow 👍

Damn, I will have to buy this after seeing your build, beautiful work, thanks for uploading.
The kit is well worth the money it costs
Really nice Angel. Weekend build?
Yeah Bogi, sort of...
Not the usual AMS stuff 🙂
I chickened out in the end, price is good though.
Not sure I can paint all the nooks and crannies very well after the body is fully built and 'filled'. Wouldn't get close to your paint finish with rattle cans..
I see, Eric.
But as I also see it, painting with rattle cans should not be a problem.
If you work in sub-assemblies, like I did, you can rattlecan each sub-assembly and hand paint what's needed before bringing all of them together.
It worked for me, it should work also for you!
Top work! Photo 4 looks like the real thing.👍
Both scratchbuilt radiosets add a pinch of realism too...
Even your quick builds are things of wonder!
I think I could paint it as assemblies, then touch up where the assemblies join, after weld seams are added, filler etc.
Its a handsome thing and only £25ish posted, erm..
Yes, that's exactly what I meant-and what I did-3 years ago, Eric

Thanks Alec K and Bogi!
Splendid work, a very keen eye to detail
And a very good pool of refferencies 🙂
Thanks Bart, really appreciate your comment!
Some more photos of the finished model would be nice. 🙂 I think I see only three photos.
I wish the BLG was a finished model, but it is still a work-in-progress... 🙂
Yet I got the message and next time I'll upload more pictures!
Special wheel hubs ?
I've used kits wheel hubs, Olly.
I bought an SKP British Wheels set to replace the wrong tyres, but decided against using it because its wheel hubs were not appropriate for Bedford QLD.
For the price IBG make a bloody good kit with interesting vehicles (take note Dragon!)
Sure Marder III!
But bear in mind that the QLD suffered a lot of modifications and even if I decided to build it not as an early, but as a late production vehicle, there are still modifications and additions required- like reworking mirrors, adding stiffeners to both front fenders, trimming radiator housing top and replacing radiator filler cap, adding: gas detection tray, towing schackles, cold weather radiator canvas, hand crank e.t.c. -these are all either missing from the kit or wrong.Load bed's tilt also needs reworking if it should represent the type used most commonly on Bedford QL lorries, while the tilt rods are totally wrong for a Bedford WWII vehicle.

Самый верный и неприхотливый грузовик!
Чтобь мы на нем зашли куда то в горах и он нас обратно не вернул- вот такое не случилось ни разу!
Рад что тебе нравится мой Деймос!
Wonderful work with unparalleled authenticity and detailing! Your efforts have more than paid off!👍👍👍
The scale soldier does look like someone I know. Who could that be???
it's me 🙂
Quarter of century younger and on half of the current weight...

I agree with Vladimir.
Nothing special or unique-I'm just trying to make/build the most of each kit in my stash.
Looking great Angel 👍
