Hi Hunter! I prefer Lifecolor Olive Drab tones at the moment. They have a really nice combo-box of different Olive Drab colours and shades. Within this range I mix up the colors for my models individually, so I can't give you more info about the color.

Man, I feel sorry for you. I bought some AK interactive Olive Drab at SMC yesterday - I will test it and give a feedback, maybe this will help you!

Excellent model!! Following! 😄

I happen to have and have used the Ammo of Mig Olive Drab color range (which is basically the same as AK) and it looks pretty good, I must say.

Here's a small example of it used on the lower hull of the Stuart I'm working on
- The image top left is the Olive Drab Base without filters
- The other images show the Olive Drab Base with a bunch of filtering (but no other effects yet).

Hey guys, thank you very much for the words! 🙂
@John wow, the color looks very good! Can't wait to get my M4 105mm on the painting-lane and try the Ammo colors!

Album info

Some shots during the building and painting process. You see an aftermarket resin turret from my stash, I don't know which manufacturer but I think it is an early Formations product.
I used this turret to represent an early M4A3E8 with loader's split hatch.
