BThanks Mike! I completely agree,without Michael,how would Neil and Buzz get to the moon and back? Also Mike had one of the toughest jobs on the mission (besides Neil taking over the lander,that wasn't planned) he had to do all the course-corrections,and enter the moons orbit. He also piloted the command module on re-entry,and if he did that wrong they'd bounce off the atmosphere never to be seen again.

BMichael also had to dock the CSM and LM while they're in earth orbit,if he messed that up they couldn't go to the moon. He also had to dock the CSM to the ascent stage of the lander after they took off from the moon,if Mike messed that up and crashed. Neil and Buzz would of been killed,so during the whole mission,Neil and Buzz's life depended on Mike Collins

Mike Kryza...I remember😉 - I was fifteen years old when the mission to the moon started. It was really an adventure and I collected every news about the project I can get...

BWe have a snow blower....it's fun to use only when it's not in subzero temps. Lol. Even with a huge jacket on I can only stay out there for about 20 minutes!

Martin JakobsenNot at home at the moment. In Tromso about 250km inside the arctic circle. Åros is well south but it was - 14c on Monday. As for the Winter Games ...... well I was born and raised
in England and have very little interest in winter sports .....:-P Oppps don`t tell the wife she is Norwegian and a total sports nut:-9

Greg SolomonBrandon, I have this kit and was thinking of filling in all the recessed "shadow" areas on the base and just painting it all "moon-dirt" color... Did you give that any thought? BTW, nice job! All that foiling looks hard!

Fabian D.looking good, but the base seems a bit glossy (might just be your camera)
I´ve build a simmilar Revell Set, but in 1:96 (or so), and was glad that I could use my Airbrush to create a dusty/sandy look on the base, by spraying a quite "thick" mixture of stone gray. But I´ve got no idea how you could do that whithout an airbrush...
