Wow! Looks very Good Axel! Very nice and accurate work with the PE-Parts 👍!
And i would guess you are one of very few who did this thing.
Glued or bughuntered er.. soldered i mean?😉

MoJo
I glued it, it's better for me, because on the last struts, it has no fixtures to hold for soldering. I have put everything first so that there are no tensions in the end

Looks really great the construction.. How was the fit of the Resin Parts?

the hut fits well, pay attention to the material thickness, dry-adjust is already important.
with me it was so that the distance between the receiving arms for the radar dish 2mm was too narrow, either I have built something wrong and / or the shrinkage of the resin has struck. I have put the arms each about 1mm to the outside, can also be that I have built the etched parts with too much play. In any case, do not glue the arms first, despite the error, I can swing my radar dish over the gear

Thanks,
@Bart, if you need more info, please ask me, befor glue, dryfit the resin parts, importend for the PE radar dish to the receiving arms

well thought of starting with the dish first, then the housing etc... will you add the netting that forms the curve of the dish?

anyway, i would suggest to have a look at inoxia.co.uk/products/mesh , specially Woven Wire Mesh. 120 mess looks like Daniel stuff, but it is actually made of metal

yap it is a special gaze for hi-end Ribbon AMt tweeter we develop and produce.
It is like Axel says a PS mixture with carbonic and silvermaterial implemented.

Spanjaard
were is possible to find it, Daniel?
14 November 2018, 21:33
Daniel Klink
This is produced especially for us under patent in Indonesia and Japan. You cannot buy it, cause it is only to find in our material storage and at my home 🙂 but i would send you a 12,5cm x 25cm piece of web 👍
Give me your adress via PM (except Tonga or Christmas Islands 🙂 )
