soweit ok, zwangspause das Carpetmonster hat zugeschlagen. Der Rest der Geschichte währe abendfüllend.

bei dem Modell ist alles passiert was einem passieren kann. Alles!!! das Bild von der Motoraufnahme wo die Farbe abgeplatzt ist, so sah das gesamte Modell dreimal aus. Und das mit Nitro verdünnter Farbe, Acrylfarbe mit Spiritus.

Moin Axel, hab mich durchgelesen, auch durch den anderen Thread, hab das Problem nicht ganz erfasst. Gehts nur bei den Resinmotorgondeln und Haftung von Farbe?

nein komplett, dreimal lackiert immer grundiert, erst der Revellbasic aus der Sprühdose hat halbwegs gehalten, abkleben nur mit Postit selbst das rosa Malertape von Tesa war zustark, Farbe unter den abgeklebten Fenster, die Decals sehr tranzulent musste weiß drunter, klebenähte übergang Rumpf zu den Tragflächen immer wieder aufgeplatzt, Spachtelmasse (Tamiya,Revell,Gunze Whitputty) schlecht bis garnicht gehalten.Die Resinmotorgondeln super detaliert aber meine sind im Durchmesser zugroß, passen nicht an die Motoraufnahme vom Modell, meine Dusseligkeit mit Verdünner an den Fingern auf ein Decal gefasst, das Carpetmonster hat zugeschlagen, ich finde das ca ein Eurostück große und 5mm hohe Teil nicht wieder und ein Propellerblatt abgebrochen. das waren nur die kleinen Schwierigkeiten(Sarkasmus).
Achja die AluFarbe trocknet nicht, seit zwei oder drei Wochen klebrig.

Hut ab, dass der Flieger noch lebt. Hab noch nie von solchen Schwierigkeiten gehört, Das klingt für mich so, als ob der Kunststoff des Bausatzes das Problem ist.

Great build, there is a lot of work building this kit, let alone making it as well as you have done. I cant read ?German so I dont know how the engine and propeller was broken, but I'll take a guess and say you have a pussy (like me) and puss jumped where it shouldnt!

@Bernhard, ja davon gehe ich auch aus das zuviel Parafin in der Plastikmischung war.
@Hi Bill: I had many problems with the colour, glue and putty to hold on the model, It is to difficult to explan all in english sorry, the broken propeller was an mistake in the part (to thin?) and the carpedmonster eat one part from the engine to the propps, so I stopp this projekt now. Till I find the missing part.

@ Bill: Axel had many problems. He painted the kit three times, because the tamiya tape damaged the paint. At the end he had to use Post its. The decals were to transparent, he had to spray withe underneth them. The glue was not holding toghter, the glued parts were always breaking open. The puty would not stick to the kit, the Resin Engine cowlings are great, but too wide in diameter. At the end he touched a decal with paint thinner on his fingers. And the Carpetmonster fed on the kit as well, He can't find a euro piece wide and 5mm high part,and a propellerblade has broken lose. And the Allumiumpaint is still sticky since two or three weeks.

@Thanks Duncan for the update.Tell Axel for me we all have those problems at various times with models. i have noticed recently when building my FA-18 it was the first time for a while I suffered from "Grip", I wonder if the mould release agent was on the plastic more than normally. Sticky paint , yep had that problem too . Check your paint mix is correct and dont paint in humid conditions.

if I get the lost part, an friend had one, I paint with future then is dry. 🙂
