M48 in Norwegian Service

how is the fit of this kit? i have it in my stash too but i´m a bit afraid that its not that great since the tool is from 1988.

I have built that kit. From What I remember the fit is ok, but the kit itself is a very simplyfied rendering of the real thing. Especially the road wheels are horrible.

Like Erik said. The fit is generally good, but I had some issues with the tracks. The parts fit very loosely, which makes it hard to glue them together. The biggest showstopper are indeed the road wheels. Instead of the double wheels they are big 'drums' without the slot for the guide horns. Also I feel the tank is riding quite high, but that might just be my fault.

Watching this one 👍 Might be abit late, but OKB does a plastic 1/72 running gear replacement set for this 1/72 M48-series. Gonna be testing it on a M48A5 soon...

Good to know, but a bit to late for this one. My plan is to park it behind some shrubs and bushes, so that you don't see to much of the running gear. Might take a while since I first have to finish my SCUD and my Stryker MGS.
