Dave, I used CA glue- thin and medium on this one. My soldering skills are not quite up to anything that delicate yet.

Dirk, Thanks

Steve Wilson Mac wow!!! exquisite work, + one on the Malt, bottle of Glenfiddich a must in any modeller's play area😄8)

I´d prefer a bottle of Glan Morange from a sherrybarrel and a Cohiba to do some referance-work!

I keep the best for personal relaxation purposes... I can consume Glenfiddich in copious amounts whilst modelling away at other times, as long as I'm not using the scalpel😢😢

Scalpel or other dangerous tools + Booze = No go!

Yesterday evening i set myself on fire whilst doing a wash and had a smoke. I shouldnt ash in a cup of lighterfluid anymore...😉

@Holger: 🙂 🙂 🙂 So be careful, when modelling and drinking, not to reach for the wrong bottle...😉

Oh yes, Frank! A huge sip of White Spirit wont be good for my "interior"😢!

I've heard society dropouts drink Meths, even Surgical Spirits under the flyovers of the World, because it's so cheap, well cheaper than a good Malt anyway!!! But they don't live very long, so keep off the White Spirit, if it strips paint hey! think what it does to your innards, yuk! Best to check the bottle first, be safe stick to SCOTCH😄😄😄

LMAO to all of you. Here's to you all. May the road always rise up to meet you!, May you paint thinner be clear and strong. May your eyes be sharp, your hands steady. And may you always have a larger stash than you could possibly work in a lifetime!

Had to repair this plane. bothe wings, struts and some of the PE had been knocked off when the box it was in was knocked off a shelf. I had been putting off fixing it for the last 3 or four years. got is mostly back together . Will have to retouch the paint. , repair a couple of PE parts and it will be good as new. I had an acryllic case for it that I build that also got broken. I will need to rebuild that.
