Heh..."If it doesn't quite go together just right on one side but seems to fit easily enough on the other, maybe something is amiss." In my case, I had assembled the first landing gear compartment bass-ackwards, with the gear and tyre projecting out the upper side of the compartment. This I learned after installing the upper wall of the compartment on the easy set, then found that the upper wall did not fit at all. Pure inattentiveness. So....I disassembled the wheelwell and put it back together correctly...curiously, everything seems to 'fit' better.

Yeah...In the background is my basic 'cargo cult' collection of kits. Mostly cargo aircraft, all in 1:72. I restarted modeling back about two years ago and I've been trying to refine my hand skills on combat rigs, mostly UK Coastal Command from WWII, before breaking open the cargo kits

You have a "Nice Eye" as they say when it comes to finishing off a model, and ending a model is not always easy. But well done mate.🙂

Thanks. So....I highly recommend this kit, by the by. The only problem I had with this build was with the flat white spray paint, not with any aspect of the kit. Fits were excellent. Flash was absolutely minimal. The wing attachment system was novel to me and worked really great. The only criticism I'd have was that tiny tabs on the wheelbay doors would have made placing them in the open position a whole lot easier. But hey...
