Greg BakerOoohhh... pick me! Pick me! I kitbashed up Jiro's dream plane... but I've yet to work up the nerve for the Ka-14. I don't have this one, but the 1/72 scale version, but I'll still be watching closely! Looks fantastic!

@LucLuke B: the « real » color in the movie is quite not obvious for me. From a grey/light green finish (also recommanded by Fine Molds assembly guide), or shiny metallic finish in some scenes... I have chosen the metallic option, mainly by personal taste !😉

LucLuke BApparently the models were (Savoia, Curtis etc.) were designed with the assistance of Studio Ghibli so it it can be supposed the colours are as they had seen them but that's not certain. And it is true it is difficult to interpret the colours from the animation, same as from a black and white picture. Anyhow your interpretation looks really good 🙂
