Jet Engine Aircgraft - WW II - 1/72

Revell (04312) Horten Go 229 - 1/72 - Flying over Saint Paul's Cathedral. Nice model from Revell. The only issue I experienced was the front section of the canopy, which was too small.

Revell (04312) Horten Go 229 - 1/72 taking off. I don't usually build models with the landing gear up, but after seeing pictures of the completed model I thought the wheels looked weird so I chose to build it with the landing gear up. I used an old Airfix stand (the clear plastic ones). The slot right in the middle is where the stand is attached to the model. Beautiful aircraft. German technology reached an outstanding level of development by the end of WW II.
