Finished assembling the model, will start painting it soon. Overall good fit, but terrible instruction full of omissions and errors (drill holes in one step, the holes or what's supposed to go there are never mentioned again). Part count for the gun seems a bit low considering how many parts are used for the chassis and the interior in places that will never be seen again.

Looks great! Shouldn't there be a muzzle brake though?

Thank you all for you comments. Apparently there is no muzzle brake on this one - supposedly it's the last version of the 7.5cm KWK 40 L/48 - but I'm not really an expert and also the instructions did not mention a muzzle brake 🙂

You are correct. Last version of the weapon and no muzzle brake. Too much time to make and used too much material. Extra time to machine the barrel for it too. Expediency. Great job on the kit!
