Album info

In my reference image, USS Robin aka HMS Victorious had 19 aircraft on her deck - 12 Wildcats and 7 Avengers. Only one of the latter had its wings unfolded. Some of the fighters were in the earlier blue overgrey scheme, some in the new tricolor scheme. All of the bombers were in the earlier scheme. All insignia were of the earlier star /circle variety. I was unable to discern any further markings, and could find no proof for them , so they were omitted.

The aircraft are L´Arsénal resin items with PE undercarriages. The wheels were bolstered with styrene discs created with a Punch&Die tool by rptoolz.

The canopies were "detailed" by making some cuts with a razor saw to hint at framing. Antenna masts and machine guns were added from .2 mm brass wire. The antenna wires were added from Caenis monofilament.
