Staging the dog-fight. 1.5mm annealed florist's wire from Knorr Prandell
Preparing the base - spare ceramic tile, drilled to hold the wire, fixed with hot glue.

Paul Gallagherthanks mates, very happy you all like it! looking back now I wish I'd added motors because the static props kinda destroy the illusion. also those planes are far too clean! Bruce - the gun fire is some white lycra 0.048mm rigging (to let it flex) with some cotton wool to add some weight in places.
