Without doubt the worse model I have made and seen....major shape issues, cowling and tailplane are malshaped, the undercarriage is completely wrong. Imho, give this a wide berth, money is better spent on the much newer Airfix P51D.

I would rather have Dragon or Tamiya in 1:32. I have had my issues with Airfix kits but what you say about Revell seems to be more and more true. Prices for Round2 and Revell are going up and yet we are not getting the new tooling with the money we are spending. So we must turn to the Chinese and Japanese for the better kits. I find the larger scale kits from the Chinese and Japanese have so much more detail that I am willing to give up some shelf space for the better model.

Dont get me wrong it is a very old tooling probably early 60's , but even for then this is still just a very poor rendition I have built many Revell kits over the years mostly all good old and new this....... well best wiped from their catalog....
