all around i see only black Hertz Mustangs - but it had more colors than that. So i decided the wimbledon white.

i build that similar to the ivy green Fastback 😉

If I remember correctly, a white Shelby Mustang was in the November Rain video. The stripes will blue, or gold (I think, the gold is soooo cool)?

Aaaand thanks Bob for the very interesting link. I knew, i'm in good hands, if you drop in :-D . could it be, that some white Hertz Mustangs had no stripes? have i read that right?

A very few, along with the Red and Green had no Top Stripes. And the first ones had the Cragar wheels.

Same work on the Hertz. It is good, to work on two (or more) models at the same time :-D .
made the BMF on the body and a clearcoat. comleted the interior and "hurry" up to the decals.

After two hours the stripes were on. without cracking (a little bit), with some spots with decalsofter - but it worked out.
As you see, my strpes are not as narrow to each other...i cuttet them in length also :-D ...and layed on part for part.
Decals went on the grill and water reservoir too.

up to clearcoat 😉

btw: interior is only dropped in to have a look to the narrow end

...and as always...if the finishline comes up, it goes fast.

after i cracked three driller i thought about, not to wiring the engine. but i decided to make it.
after wiring, i installed the engine and glued all in place. the same problem - a warped chassis - was fitted during the glueing the rear end into the body, and than the frontframe.
than, the completing was fast.
bwefore christmas, i call it done.
I'm not happy with the stripes on the vents in front of the windshield, but overall it looks very nice.
