Share Burkhard D Hi Roger,
Does this kit really come in an Italeri box? Does it say Italeri somewhere on the box?

Roger Trewenack Hi Burkhard,
In the instructions it say that it's distributed by Italeri, and the only web sites referred to are:
www.italeri.com &
www.lacasaitaleri.com
At the back of the manual in umpteen languages, all pointing to Italeri.
If you do a web search of "italeri supermodel" you can see that Supermodel must be a range of italeri.
But no, it doesn't say Italeri on the box, except on the back where web sites & warranties are mentioned.

Burkhard D Just raises the question whether this should rather be labeled as a re-release under the Supermodel brand. Italeri is the owner of the trademark, like Humbrol is/was for Heller or Lesney for Matchbox.

Burkhard D For some there may be nostalgia in calling Italians 'spaghetties'...welcome in the 21st century, mate.

Mike Kryza Hi Burkhard, I join your opinion... Mike

Burkhard D The kit? Well...much better than the flying boats of Mach2 or Airmodel
