BCool. Is it a fictional aircraft? Why the hell would the CIA need a DC-8? It seems weird to me.

Günther DebiscopSouthern Air Transport is something like "Air America", a CIA operated "civilian" transport company. This plane has been seen all over the world, even in e.g. Ostend, Belgium.
