Maybe you could also consider something like the Kingtiger (Dragon 6209, 1:35) then? Transport tracks were used on the last batches of the Tiger II due to decreased availability of the wider battle tracks. Unfortunately the tracks included in this kit aren't Magic Tracks either though. They are also tracks in sprues...
I hope Dragon is going to do some Orange boxes of those Tiger II kits and include Magic Tracks in those. That would be nice
But in that case, Dragon, whatever you do, DO NOT add DS tracks to them like they did with the last Tiger II Orange Box they released.

Holger Kranich I like the battle tracks because they look so "phat"! So transport tracks are no option to me. I would have loved to see that these Tigers would have been fitted with something like the "Ostketter/Winterketten"! Even more wide!
And the DS tracks are not bad but nothing is better than Magic´s or Friuls!

John Van Kooten Tiger II with Winterketten!! Now THAT would be quite something indeed! Hahaha!

Urban Gardini Modelkasten tends to be even better than Friul but they're sensitive to thinner.
