- The Corona is turning the whole world upside down, but thanks to taking good precautions we can also organize a beautiful and safe ESM 2020 for everyone on November 21, 2020. You can still register, we have a (limited) number of places left.
The reservations we must make include a possible ban on events from the government or the closure of the location.
These are the measures that have been taken to achieve a safe ESM 2020:
•ESM is in all four halls of the EXPO Houten
•Opening hours are from 9am to 6pm
•access for visitors in time slots
•only access with tickets purchased online in advance ( available from October 1st) , there are no cash registers
•that applies to both members and nonmembers
•Non-members pay € 8, = ,online payment only
•members get 1 time slot for free, exclusively through online registration
•from October 1st, tickets are only available through the ESM website
•before entering the halls you have to disinfect your hands, in the halls there are various disinfection stations
•You can only enter the timeslot you have purchased
•your entrance card will be scanned at the entrance, make sure you have it with you
•by limiting the number of visitors per time slot and the distance rules so that the exhibition tables and the aisles are more spacious, you have more space to enjoy the ESM in a relaxed way
•the visitor entrance and exit are separated pay attention to the walking routes and the directions
•registration as an exhibitor is possible until 1 October, although more access passes are possible on the registration form, the MAXIMUM of 1 only applies per registered table
•Restaurant and toilets are opened in accordance with the rules and hygiene measures
•the instructions on this website are leading, check possible changes no later than the day before you visit the ESM
