My daughter's second model. She insisted on it being pink. Since pink is a rather elusive modeling colour, I decided to make it myself. At a local hardware store, the owner told me to mix red and beige. My lifecolor inventory has red and flesh. A 50-50 mix rendered a rather dark shade of pink. After some more experimentation with adding white I got the final shade, daughter approved 🙂
At first I offered Minnie. Then she wanted butterflies. I counter offered some unicorn stickers but she decided colourful hearts.
A gloss coat is up next and possibly #2 on the tail fin, and she'll be ready.
