Roland Sachsenhofer That´s my new project after having completed the diminutive autgyro: same scale, but a little bit larger....
First steps have me seen adapting Pavla´s cokcpit set to fit into the hull of the Hasegawa kit. It´s an impressive hunk of resin and a huge improvement to the kit parts- but that should be no wonder looking at the age of the Hasegawa Stratojet.
There was a lot of sawing and sanding to get both resin and kit parts in proper shape. During that process I nearly destroyed the lower parts of the resin- that will be no problem for me, as I will show the B-47 with closed hatches.
Edward May It will be a while before I get all the necessary components, modeler on a budget and all that, you know how it is. However yes, this is a darling obscure topic in a theater that's been built to death so I am excited for it too. At the moment I'm arranging my upcoming projects and related collections so I know just what I need before I sink my teeth into them.

Edward May Oh? Now that was some productive intel! Thanks for that, it was listed generically under Insignia, the sheet is called Ladies, Hounds & Shark.

Glenn . Good luck finding those sheets (they did two with RB-47H's)! You might find it easier in your part of the woods! I brought one a few years ago for my project!

Edward May I've got a couple of good suppliers that are practically bloodhounds at finding these sorts of things - though I have NO idea how they do it. With one of them, I briefly mentioned an interest in an obscure injection model of an Ikarus IK-2 from a long out of service small time, apartment based, business called Guano & Zeppelin Werks back before the Czech companies took notice of the IK-2 and within a week it was being offered to me for sale. It was insane! Now that you mention it though one of the articles I read mentioned a second sheet with a different product number. I'll check into that one too. (Wolfpak is out of stock on the decal set I added to this project.)

Glenn . The other sheet is newer so you might find that one easier, good luck!
