- (From the website): My name is Scott Millican and I have owned Elm City Hobbies since February of 2007. Elm City Hobbies is not only an on-line store, but the store is actually located in Hanwell, New Brunswick, Canada within very close proximity to the province's Capital city Fredericton. Therefore we have a lot of products available to us from our supplier that we do not carry in stock but we can special order in at any time. This allows us to keep our prices as low as possible while giving you lots of products to choose from. Please refer to the Contact Us section if you want to get in touch with me. Our Shipping rates are entirely based on Canada Post. The price is completely based on the weight and the box dimension. If you buy a product and the shipping quote was quoted to you at a price higher than the actual shipping rate when I mail out the product, I will reimburse you the difference. I do not make any money on shipping nor do I charge any handling fees. I hope you enjoy this website and put it in your favorites.
