Yakovlev Yak-3 in Yugoslav service, late 1940s, used for air display purposes hence interesting camouflage and markings. My model is a very simplistic Hobby Boss kit in 1/72 scale to which I added individual dials in the cockpit to make the full instrument panel, details on both sides of the cockpit interior, seatbelts, radio wire, brass tube machine guns in the nose and cannon in the spinner as well as new pitot tube. Decals are by Lift Here company. Painted with Vallejo acrylics with some modulation and highlights and minimal weathering and chipping due to pristine nature of this aircraft. Model 6 for 2023.
